Why I buy Apple: My Personal Experience

In this day and age, customer service seems like a rarity, but I had an experience this past week with the Apple Store that really made me a loyal customer for life. I was filled with excitement 2 weekends ago, because I was inĀ a position where it was time to upgrade to the newest 15″ Macbook Pro. The accelerated graphics and the raw power of the machine would allow me to do some things with 3D that my older Intel Macbook just wouldn’t do. Photography: Traditional Vs. Photoshop
It doesn’t matter what artistic profession that you are in – Graphic Design, Illustration, Web Design, etc., the majority of us use photos in our work. We will use photography to set a mood, or to tell a story. The saying goes that a picture says a thousand words, and it’s true. For the sake of art, though, are there any boundaries or rules to the way that we should use photography?
Right off the bat, artists for the sake of art say no. We should be able to manipulate photography and create what ever type of imagery that we choose. Things to Remember During an Interview
The economy is in a rough place right now, despite what the media says about no longer being in a recession. None of us can afford to bomb an interview, so I thought I would share some tips and things to think about when going for a big interview.
1. Be confident, not cocky.
Your attitude can make a big difference when going for an interview. In this case, you will want to ride the fence a little. You do not want to be overconfident or act as though the position is beneath you or that you are settling for the job. At the same time, you don’t want to act like the job is a tremendous step up for you, or give the impression that you aren’t completely qualified for the job. Have your game face on, and look sharp.
